I heard taking it from the back burns calories pretty good.

I've been doing 3.5mph max incline 30min incline walking at the gym every other day
and the results were pretty good but slow
I'll give it a try thanks
Walkings good for burning calories but only if you have bad knees or cramp a lot. Jump rope will build you strong legs while cutting your tummy fat

Elliptical is best form of cardio. No impact phases = more eccentric contractions. Eccentric contractions cause muscle damage. Therefore, cardio without impact phases, and that is concentric based, like biking, swimming, and elliptical, are all superior forms of cardio compared to jump roping, since when you land back on the floor, you have to eccentrically contract to absorb the force of your foot hitting the ground.
 
i think im slow never learned how to time the jump with the rope lmao i think ill just jump and pretend im doing it w a rope
