Walkings good for burning calories but only if you have bad knees or cramp a lot. Jump rope will build you strong legs while cutting your tummy fatcringe

I've been doing 3.5mph max incline 30min incline walking at the gym every other day
and the results were pretty good but slow

Elliptical is best form of cardio. No impact phases = more eccentric contractions. Eccentric contractions cause muscle damage.
