Most sliding genioplasties can give 6 to 8mm but a jumping genioplasty can give 10 to 12mm + chin width. The only downside is that it reduces chin height. IMO tall chin is very important but if you have a tall lower third anyways the extra prominence and width might be worth a small sacrifice in height, also it doesn't look like it reduces height THAT much.
