just a reminder for the boys who want to get infra implants

speaking from my own experience

if you are going too big you risk your soft tissue to not stay on top of the implant

the result will be a saggy skin where the implant will be visible and without and soft tissue on top of it

you will look older and a bit uncanny because the skin would sag and sit below the implant, its not a natural look

the only solution(everything else is cope) is to get a periosteum facelift and to reduce a bit the size of the implant, lift the ENTIRE soft tissue(muscle, skin) on TOP of the implant . You need a really good fucking doctor to do this. I'm doing this surgery soon.

I have so much knowledge to share but ofc from now on I will not share for free as I got fucked multiple times and I gained so much experience.

I'm the only guy in here who fixed his dehiscence by going external incision, ngl I've been experimenting on myself a lot just for the love of the game

yes unfortunately surgery its so random as in the result, sometimes for some guys everything went great from first try others the incel luck like me(not so much)

I think the solution for this is to design the implants to where it's really close to the ends of your undereyes and not covering much of your cheekbones

You think that lessens of soft tissues making it less saggy?

It's kind of like people who has Botox on their under eyes and cheekbones
