Yes that's my neutral face sadly also makes my small mouth look even narrower.
I was thinking of rhino(to fix side prof)
And a genio cause I am recessed,that would balance my lips.
Maybe fat grafting and facepullingfor eyes?I am totally against fillers

the lower lip is caused by my overactive mentalis muscle wich i think can be fixxed with a genio.Yes both my jaws are receacced cause of mouthbreathing but i got lucky.my bite is preety good

Dude I'm probably the last advocate of jaw surgery for normal bite on the forum but I'd consult with a surgeon just to be sure there's nothing dentally or structurally wrong going on.

Your eyes look fine btw.
