maybe the quality was different.

mine tasted super good. i ate a breast raw, then i ate a cooked one and it tasted horrible in comparison.

texture was quite satisfying to me.

i had raw chicken thighs twice, tastes better than raw red meat, still weird texture, and the tendon strings were kinda offputting
