started yesterday and today did over a 100 lateral raises with a pair of 8s my mom has

yes lol, in normal sets 10-15 reps in the gym I used to use 26-30 kg
ive been doing cable lateral raises and could do like 40 pounds in the gym but at home i only got dumbells

I personally dislike standing cable lateral raises, I advise you to try lying cable lateral raises and upright rows like in the video, they really isolate delts
