As I've said I'll figure out how to make a solution where it can dissolve in. Thought I could use water but it saturates at 0.02%

Thought it was 2% and I just gamed the system. But any emulsion should do really... More work than I bargained for tho.

Honestly, I just want a body wash that's closer to 7% but anything above 2% and you need a prescription in Denmark. Also I thought it was water soluble...

Seems like it's gonna be a massive pain in the ass to make it a solution to dissolve it in, luckily I already have half the ingredients from other projects.
