Well, it would be useful if you explained what you are trying to achieve with the supplements. I mean like skin lightening, anti-aging, fighting acne, etc. Some supps are good for certain things, just taking supplements randomly and without purpose doesn't help.
 
Vit C and MSM for skin brightening and Potassium for my fat face
 
MSM is the only useful one , the two others are cope

I dont know about skin lightening. Potassium is much more effectively gained from food. Stock up on potatoes (especially sweet potatoes) and bananas. Most supplements have low ass dosages anyway. Vitamin C can't even be properly stored in the body, just eat fruits man. MSM is just cope I think. Might as well try it now though, since you bought it

potassium supp is so pointless just because it’s maxed at 99mg and anything more can like kill you. the rest are good ig
 
this is beginner level, i have like 15-20 supps here but i dont take everything every day, something like vitamin d like once a week or so. magnesium every 2nd day or after a workout, biotin twice a day and so on. u need to level up dude to become ÜBERMENSCH

thats actually not bad for a potassium supplement. you actually want around 3400 mg daily apparently... No idea how you are supposed to achieve this
 
Should be getting that from your diet tbh.

Recommended dosage is 1 per day. Would it be dangerous to overdose it?

no, I would try 2-3 a day. Especially if you want to see debloating effects. Would surprise me if 1 pill a day is effective at all. You could start with like 2 weeks of the recommended dosage first, if you are concerned.

Nigga I am not a cheap nigga, the MSM I bought was expensive even for powder format
