I dont know about skin lightening. Potassium is much more effectively gained from food. Stock up on potatoes (especially sweet potatoes) and bananas. Most supplements have low ass dosages anyway. Vitamin C can't even be properly stored in the body, just eat fruits man. MSM is just cope I think. Might as well try it now though, since you bought itHow come you think so?
