I litteraly do 40 pull ups and combine ab workout inbetween, and im already getting bigger back, biceps and titties and also abs.
litteraly 10 bucks for upper body gym at home. When you're consuming zog garbage do pull ups inbetween

Buy resistance bands and put it around you, that’ll add crazy resistance

Increase the reps

Attach it to the bottom on a pole or something then put it over your head, it’ll add resistance

And are you retarded? My door pullup bar has gone through hell and could hold me despite my constant weight fluctuations, when I add weights or remove them
