- If i want all together, should try going to Raffaini or Alfaro. He praised Raffaini once more.
- My case isnt horrible medically speaking and for someone who isnt a looksmax lurker, so after surgery i would maybe feel disappointed that the change isnt as big as i thought it would be.
- Not ashamed to suggest that it wouldnt hurt that i visit others (Alfaro, Raffaini) with the goals i have in mind. Alfaro is near, 30 minute flight. Theres 0 flights to Raffaini's city and he charges too much for consultation, plus i dont know his rates.

Bimax CCW Genio all together, about 16k plus 3-4k for braces
And these are the movements

Its a decent upgrade but not an ascension as you call it.

Thanks. Theres something called "surgery first" that lets you skip the pre-surgery part.

Doc couldnt say if i was a candidate, it depends on scans that i will have done first week of march with a dentist.

The place i go is some kind of dentist/maxillofacial clinic, so communication between both will be better.

I have to take a look at this about "surgery first", taken from Alfaro's site. According to him it has potential to become the new standard.

Surgery first is pretty standard in europe and asia. It depends on the patient. If malocclusion isn't already present there's often no need for braces at all, before or after.

Yes the molar removal is annoying, they say they can do same day as bimax bit risk of damaging nerves is higher.
Not a super improvement, i know i said before any improvement is welcome and i would do anyways, but then i thought i have alfaro very near so why not go visit him.

Alfaro only does surgery-last according to his post:

Got my bottom wisdom teeth removed two days ago in preparation for bimax. They asked me if i wanted sedation, i said yes.
There was risk of nerve damage but apparently everything went well.

Anesthesia specialist injected me something on a vein of my hand. Asked me if i feel something, i said "yeah but very little". JFL next thing i remember is waking up already after the surgery. Its weird but i think i have brief memories of the surgical drill making noise. After waking up i was feeling a bit sleepy, sit for a few minutes on a room and then walked to the street to catch a taxi and go home.

In a scale from 1 to 10 i just have a 1 in pain, but my jaw is so swollen, i look like a minecraft character. Also one side is bigger than other.

Still putting all food into blender but other than that its an easy recovery.

Visiting Alfaro in two weeks. Contacted a guy on another forum who had bimax with him, he charges 5k more than my local surgeon so lets see what his proposal is...

at 34 I agree it’s best not to make haste, but if it’s worth anything, men don’t usually hit their prime until their 40’s realistically.

The aesthetic value you’ll get from the surgery will undoubtedly improve your appeal not just to women, but to everyone, including yourself.

20 year olds will come easy to you, assuming you also live even a semi-fit lifestyle, and develop yourself both mentally and financially.

Yes i paid 150 that is including photos and the scan. In general all staff are very friendly.

All bimax are aesthetically beneficial, i guess you mean if change in your case would be dramatic or small?




One thing i didnt like is that the surgery plan is only shown just a few days before surgery or at least it sounds like that. So you better trust him when you pay the 1k for reservation.

I would like to see the expected result with and without rhino to see if rhino is worth it... Asked this to the planning manager and she told me she would ask but sounded like they usually dont do it. Rhino also makes the hospital fee a bit higher (maybe 700€ more)

This is a very bad movement, it's not bimax CCW on the morph it's a 3 degree CW, ur gaining only 5mm at B point

You have a 10 degree occlusale plane he want to make it 13 jfl, the goal is to get 0 degree op

If you get 0 OP u can add 6mm at b pont and get a +1mm bsso

Pogonion is the point of your chin which is BSSO+ genio

So ur getting.
5mm bsso , 2mm genio , 6mm lf1 and a 3 degree CW

When u can have:
6mm lf1, 10 degree CCW, 11-13 BSSO and no need for genio cuz CCW it will push the chin
