Just came from a consultation for bimax. Surgeon told me Raffaini is a god

· Just confirmed date third week of october: bimax with rhino. I already had a rhino with other surgeon but the result could have been A LOT better. Alfaro proposed to add rhino and it was like he read my mind.

· I will travel a bit earlier to have some scans and tests done

· Will ask again about adding custom wraparound

· A few days before surgery i will get the braces on


I will tell you approximate price but not the exact.. [hospital fees +bimax+rhino+braces] is between 25k and 30k. May sound high but think that price is with rhino and most importantly done with a top tier surgeon.

Why won't insurance cover anything?
