you cant debloat if you dont have outward gonions & high set zygos with bone mass or have high buccal fat pads , hollow cheeks are purley lighting + high and wide zygos with outward gonions and somewhat low bf .

Debloat works if you aren't an incel and have bones and are low enough bodyfat. Of course if you're 20% bodyfat debloating will make barely any difference because you're fat as fuck anyways.

But there is a reason why runway models use a gua sha, use cold water, and run on a treadmill before a show. When you're low-bodyfat with bones it makes a huge difference within a couple hours.

At a low bodyfat very small changes will have a much bigger impact. You can literally look at a model when they first wake up and after they do their routine and it's a huge difference, because they are already low bodyfat.

That's why I've stopped carbing for no reason and save it until I'm gonna workout so I can use the energy without it making me bloated.

It depends what you're doing. On a regular day it doesn't matter.

But when I'm about to meet a girl of course I'm going to peak for her. I'll bike ride for like an hour, gua sha, cold water, cialas for overall pump, etc. Or if you want to take a picture for Tinder or some shit.

but on a regular day you don't need to debloat or some shit for no reason, unless you're super aspie and you get insecure at yourself if you aren't peaked constantly.


And yeah at that bodyfat if you're actually 12% because most guys think they are lower bodyfat than they really are, because they compare themselves to bodyfat charts that have more muscular dudes and they will obviously hold fat differently. Yes you should notice your face being bloated on some days depending on your carb and sodium intake on different days.

You usually want to use the carbs so you don't get bloated. So like try and carb intake with physical activity. Like eating before you workout so you can use the carb as energy before you get bloated from it.

But yeah you need to eat clean generally too. Some foods at restaurants will literally bloat tf out of you the next day you wake up, and then you have to look at yourself and the mistake you made.

you're right that good bone structure is key for looksmaxxing, but debloat does work even with average features to some extent if done consistently over time along with the other basics like diet and hair/grooming. 1% bf doesn't magically erase shit genetics or facial asymmetry lol
