There’s a very noticeable trend among them (explicitly the freshies/) since Trump won, a decent amount of them are signaling their “american-ness” via attire (ex. Wearing a shirt with American flags), smiling at Americans, and even decorating their stores in American flags. This is something they did not do before.

Probably to avoid ICE Jfl apparently they (ice) are actually going out and getting people in the area (and has already) so they’re very scared of getting deported

Since I live on the other coast, the Latinos in my area are not almost entirely Mexican, it’s much more mixed. That being, Cubans, Venezuelan, Colombians, Haitians, etc., although Mexicans are still the majority but just like 50 or 55% or even 60% instead of the 80 or 90% you see in California
