Just finished my Accutane cycle.. should I hop on Tretinoin 0.025% and azelaic acid rn or wait for a few weeks?

js my Accutane cycle, all my acne’s gone but I still got scars and PIH.

I’m gonna get a microneedling treatment w laser (maybe)

Lmk your thoughts on if I should hop on Tretinoin 0.025% and azelaic acid Im js scared if I get my skin to shed more and irritate it.
