Apparently lefort 2 doesn’t give a natural harmonious look, you might descend and lose all angularity ..... won’t your front profile look like shit undefined mass?

Bruh it's not a lefort 2. It's a 2 piece lefort which is used to widen the palate. Not even in a mildly aesthetic way though like a 3 piece lefort does, but in a shitty way.

Dude its bimax and genio basically. With maxillary expansion. The only extreme shit that could go bad is extractions and imo thats only without doing surgery (decompensation)

Dude. IF you take teeth out you probs needed surgery either jaw surgery or expansion probs both. You need them extracted if you lack oral volume for surgery

and then they took out 2 teeth from each the upper jaw and another 2 from the lower jaw
