Yesterday I started my streching routine : (detailled as follows)
Cobra pose : 3x20s
Hands over head on wall : 3x20s
Spine forward streching : 3x20s (altough I can't hold it for more than 5s)
Hyper-extension (hands on chin, lay down on your belly and extend them outwards as hard as I can) : 3x20s
Deadhangs : 3xmax (I can hold for ~1mn on a real bar)
All of the above 2x per day, I went from 181cm morning height to 182.5cm over the course of 1 night !
Also everytime I could deadhang on a bar (yesterday) I jumped on the occasion.
Ordering k2 Mk4 and Calcium ASAP. My back bones feel kinda sore. I'm going easy on it today. I'm assuming the gains won't be permanent until I start taking Glucosamine.
