Why?
It's because of the Dermatologist.

I can already hear potential comments rushing in but it's true man. Do you know how many autists accidentally took too much Accutane and are now heightcels? Or people recieving Indian rat piss? Or people getting caught? Now, this thread isn't for fear mongering. Instead, it's more about talking about the benefits of just getting a dermatologist and also the minority of people who shouldn't get one.

So why is just going to the dermatologist the best thing to do for most people?
The benefits are pretty vast. You get the best quality medication personally prescribed to you, a literal expert that has much more experience than you analyzing your acne to see the best medication for your case and you can't fuck it up. No one wants to take a large amount of Accutane for 6 months, have less acne but lose out significantly on height. Or to make your skin to start peeling off.

Who doesn't need one?
People who haven't seen success with any medication given by the dermatologist or people who can't afford it.

My derma wants to give me accutane , adapalene and some other shits at the same time and told me I cannot just buy the accutane by itself that bitch wanted to kill me
