Bone has completely different texture and density as well as lots of irregularities that you can't replicate with silicone. There's also the fact that you are not changing the shape of the bones themselves but adding an additional layer on top. This just results in unnatural-looking curvature/angularity.

He said himself, that the reason for shitty result was INCORRECT SIZE. He asked Jewpply to take it out later. But the exact reason he sited: "too large".

If people stop inserting large dildos in their heads, but instead choose smaller designs, which border on "suboptimal", they will not look as fake, IMO. I just dont see how an implant can look fake, if it is small... it is literally place on top of the bone, and imitates bone... the question is the design...

The #1 reason people get shitty results, IMO, is too large implants. How can any sane person try a cheek implant with apex projection of 8 mm? But they do get this shit...

So, at least with cheek implants, the WORST part is guessing millimeters. THat is why IMO i think now, that one should ALWAYS have a double sum for the revision surgery. NEVER should one try implants without having a double sum of money to replace the first try.
