Wider jaw, I have a diamond shaped face its really heavy on the cheekbones.
He said it might look "uncanny" or "artificial" if he went through with it and this is one of the better surgeons here in italy as well. So I have no clue but most likely will consult more surgeons to get more professional opinions about it. Also I am aware of the flaws I need to fix so I am just trying to hardmaxx and get the best roi possible
