Wider jaw, I have a diamond shaped face its really heavy on the cheekbones.

tbf, ive seen pag or ram refuse cases that i think would actually benefit them, idk, i guess its just playing it conservative even tho both of them have some not so conservative results

Yes I have a big digital and physical library. I 3D print and keep every skull of every patient I have had so far. But some are still back in Virginia, some are sitting in turkey.

same thing happened to me, many surgerons rejected me and told me not to do what I was going to do. i got it and look awesome + love the result and ascended. this ppl don't know shit
