Just got diagnosed with TB and I’m honestly overwhelmed. I was planning to get serious about looksmax, build muscle, start boxing and swimming, and become more athletic overall. I’m looking for diet advice rather than myths. What should my diet look like during treatment? If you’ve recovered from TB, what foods actually helped you, and is it realistic to maintain or even build some muscle, keep and stay relatively athletic while recovering?
