Just got my braces removed today

Shit was a relief after so much time having them. She started by removing the iron with brackets then used a drill-like tool on each tooth to remove the glue. My teeth still have a weird I guess "sand-like" sensation on the front where the glue was, my dentist said if that's not gone within around 10 days I should check it jfl, I still don't know what it is.

I still have a deep bite, but oh well at least I can do chewing and clenching now I guess. I'm happy af for getting them out though.

not sure you can, but i think thumb pulling can help reverse that effect. Braces themself dont recces it its them elastics

The position was in the upper canines with lowers on the first molars I think, my dentist said it was to bring the lower jaw forward tho?

i dont know about revert but you can adquire good habits. Proper chewing, good posture, correct tongue posture, getting sun, exercising
