it's orally active. they should have sent a dropper with it or a dropper should be part of the bottle(the cap). just pull to the desired amount and take it by mouth. the taste is rather unpleasant so be prepared. down it with some water, there will be no issue

i do between 12.5-25mg usually. use whatever you want. I'd reccomend 12.5mg at first, then adjust based on how you react. usually the concentration is 25mg/ml so that's about half a ml
