They need to be redone in most cases. So IMO I would also save money for at least 1 revision.

Better than it had been. But suboptimal: Ramieri does not even modify the full infraorbital rim. Means Gaia has part of his orbit, near the eye, still recessed. Unless he later did fat transfer or sth.

OP, its a normal price IMO. eppley charges even more.

TBH if money isnt a concern, I would just focus on premium quality. It's your face after all. I wouldn't even think about a quality to price tradeoff, if this guy is good then go for it.
