As well as shaving of the lower border of my mandible to make it straight.

No problems with the implants, I will share the designs when I got those.

However, the surgeon told me that the shaving of my mandible involves a pretty high risk of nerves damage which may potentially result in numbness of the lower lip and chin.

Im debating on whether I should get it done.

What would you guys do in my case? I think the hump under my lower jaw looks awful enough to take the risk.

and I don't see any other options.

Seems like a good plan how much will all of it cost you

If I were to do everything it would be roughly 20-22k€ but I will be letting everyone know when I settle down on the procedures with the surgeon

You got bimaxillary protrusion Your jaw looks fine from the side

do u recommend against jaw shaving or implants?
At this point you would only benefit from a genio as your bimax gave you bimax protrusion.

Multiple surgeries won’t change anything.

what about malar implants to mimic lefort II midface advancement ?

I can’t tell but but in general I wouldn’t multiply the surgeries if I were you.

You risk developing body dismorphia and obsessing over every little detail.

If your teeth are flared just retract them in some way. Most commonly teeth are pulled so that there's space for the front teeth to retract.

I have an overbite and I hope that once it's fixed in a few months I'll finally get a proper side profile that doesn't look mildly prognathic

The chimp upper lip (protruding) can be fixed with paranasal implants or fillers. This is something that I keep at the back of my head for now, im seeing my surgeon on wednesday for planning my next 4 surgeries.

Yea can be your teeth also ofc, my bite is now fine. Paranasal is only to be considered when teeth are straight. I got lefort 1 thats why my lips are like that now

I'm only 17 and I don't have any chin projection at all, it's just rounded. The CGI girl in your picture is what I want my side profile to look like, or at least the male version of it.

So me fixing my overbite can help this?

Yea fixing your overbite will help. I would have to show u pre orthodontic pics and after treatment, my lips changed quite a bit and I couldn't close it entirely. Since you're still young you can probably get better results

For your chin its not a big deal. Genioplasty when you have the money.

Im personally looking at matching my upper lip and deepening the mentolabial sulcus.
