I’m Punjabi so not sure why you’d assume that lol

I was raised Sikh but I’m atheist.

Bodyfat does have a big impact on my face, I just wanted further motivation

Most of my appeal comes from lower third so low bf% is life for me

Barrett is another example of how important low bf% is with a wide jaw

Some people have different fat storing genetics. As long as you hit that golden 10-12% it shouldnt matter too much on genetics.

Never been 12%, closest I got was around 15%

Have more knowledge on training and nutrition now so aiming for 12%.
