Just learned i have delayed growth due to being a fatass, what do i do?

My family kinda has history of late frost spurts starting at 16 late 16 and ending at 19, and me being a fatass i Just learned that i have delayed growth, visible in my dental frame, got told by my dentist that my mazillary wisdom teeth Is under developed a lot, and by family traits which i lack.

Advice?

Ive started diet maxxing and weightlosz.
