well, technically, she didnt say SHE would go for an average dude since she propably considers herself as more objectively attractive than she is for obvious reasons. that said, one girl's chad is another girl's htn and so on more often than you think. niche appeal is law , and if one is actually part of the world as in active social settings specially when younger, you would know when a girl says to her homegirl "girl isnt he so cute" and her hg replies "what is this creature that slipped into earth". even on chad edits on tiktok comments are very often highly polarized. a similar idea could be how many girls say they would never look at a blonde dude twice ( this is propably the main phenomenon, and yes blonde chad is a different question but still ) when other girls say that blonde dudes are their type specifically
