I used accutane before for some time but it's not ideal for a couple reasons, mainly liver. Also it is a bit expensive. I tried tretinoin next but it wasn't as effective for me. What I decided to do is to buy some raw Taz powder (I got 1g) and just make my own DIY solution. I have enough to last like 10 years and it cost barely anything. You do need a few things to make the solution (you can ask an AI) but it mogs price wise, I would recommend.
