i don’t care what your doctor says, you hover at around 25-30%+ body fat, you need to lower your overall body fat percentage if you really want your gyno to go away

brother, don't know if you saw my other reply but respectfully you are bro. I can see you have some glandular tissue but there is also a lot ton of fat in your chest.

You are in the 20 percentiles of bf that makes your tits start to sag. That is a lot you can see improvements in your chest by losing a lot more weight. Reassess the gyno later it could be smaller than you think.

Do you take finasteride? Itchy armpits? My nipples catch fire when i'm on it and swell up because of estrogen ik how it feels.

I go gym and eat clean
I used finasterise for sometime years back but stopped it dint made nipples itchy but my gyno increased

mainly from fat, it’s moreover a hormone issue but you still need to lower your body fat percentage. you can have high levels of testosterone and still have gyno because of your body fat percentage, just take a look at daniel cormier

I'm going to be honest with you you're around 25% possibly even more, and no i'm not judging by the chest im judging by the trunk.

I had a similar look to you, we were about the same. We even have the same gyno size pretty much. I went down from 24% bodyfat to 12% so far and my chest looks way better, that sagginess is gone. The only thing that remained is the puffy nipple if i don't flick em.

I'm still probably going to get the gyno surgery because i have a good physic rn and puffy nips annoy me but it definitely is not as much as a insecurity anymore after I lost 30 pounds it got way better

You need to lose the fat to fix hormones to. Get a blood panel for test and estradiol ultra sensitive.

listen to this guy. i told you something similar last time about your gyno, yet you’re still looking into meds or peds to “fix” it. i don’t care what your mumbai doctor says, doesn’t even know what he’s talking about, you need to lower your body fat percentage. i know you mentioned you work a tech job, but have you managed to transition to bodyweight exercises yet if you’re too tired to hit the gym?
