I never had a day absent at school apart from when my grandmother died and I had to go to a funeral. That isnt really considered an absence though since its a family personal matter.

Idk tbh, I’m in sixth form here in England (16-18) so they don’t care as much but obviously I’ve gone too far and missed too much

In highschool I had a sub 40% attendence which eventually got me kicked out, but before that year I'd have maybe 14 abscences for periods per week until it became progressively worse
