Its not luxorious its a warehouse... Regular property (like 3 room apartment) here gets rented for 10 000 czk so its double of that, here 20 000 czk is fucking alot, minimum wage is like 16-18 000 CZK @march1stmvt

after sometime you should get a real estate appraiser n turn that werehouse into a students or family's complex with services based on the location n the mqs, you're lucky, now you gotta put in the work and not seek only comfort from those 20k you get but getting creative and try your best into making it a complex, only if its convinient ofc

I also had idea I can make a gym out of it but its in really small city with 1000 people, I still think it could make way more than renting it but you gotta buy equipment and take care of it urself yk I think renting it and getting money for another property would be more meta
