Just short or stunted growth?

I saw my growth chart and my growth seems stunted. I dropped from 40% percentile to 5th percentile to then 20% percentile in the end.

Is a drop in height percentile genetic or can it be due to malnutrition?

my dad is 178cm. my mom is 158cm. im 168cm, and that's after getting HGH during my growth spurt. My brother is 169cm and never needed such treatment and kept growing in the same curve constantly

my dad's brother is 165cm and his sister was 153cm (btw guess whose life worked out the best jfl), so if it was genetic, it came from both sides
