Just took 120mg of lycopene

I've started taking them with the hopes of getting a reddish undertone, but I've seen how it helped my skin as well - most likely due to anti dht effects of lycopene. So I did a mega dose just now. Will report results.

i took around that dose daily, very fast results, like 2 weeks. i also megadosed it with beta carotene and astaxanthin
