Im tryna help you so go do your own research, when you workout yes your cortisol raises just like if you do anything your cortisol raises, but overall it will make your body able to handle stress better and also lower your baseline cortisol. Its not super useful for lowering cortisol as much as it’s just good for you and will make you stronger More capable and more attractive, you prob have a good frame so fill that shit out. Don’t think just because something acutely raises cortisol means it’s bad for you. Look into this shit on your own thi i cant make a decision for you

im good on the relaxed pill my clavicles are already pretty wide everyone thinks i workout but i dont i just need to get taller but like gym 1-3 days a week i can do

Good compromise id say weights 3x a week is enough if you go hard, if you go above 3 a week you need less volume more frequency
