You’re good looking bro just get leaner, clear skin, try to raise your test through diet, sleep, exercise, experiment with facial hair and or different hairstyles, de bloat by cutting processed carbs, and improve your health indicators through micronutrients. Try to get tan through sun or mt-2/mt-1. And fill out your frame physique wise. If you do all that you’ll be equivalent to lhtn most likely or better. And moneymaxxgive me an honest rating and what to improve appreciate any answer

I disagree ngl, frame is like your potential, muscle is how much of that potential you realize, for max appeal with women ffmi between 22-23 is prob optimal, getting closer to ffmi 24/25 is kinda freaky especially when you’re tall but trust me bro, im 5’7 and have a good ammount of muscle and I’ve pulled girls and one of the things the like the most is muscles. I stole this guys girl who was 6’7 and honestly had a decent amount of muscle. I just had a better face card and I guess she liked me more idk.its all about frame man dont need muscles

Take it from someone who played ice hockey at a very high level for 13 years and who’s been lifting for 4 years, consistently is king, health is wealth, get healthy and you will ascend in looks and life. Underrated, also great for age pill. My advice, train with a good split like, upper/lower, ppl, train 2-3 sets per exercise with 1 rep in reserve and progress weight and reps over time. Consistency is king, also cardio maxx, zone 2 and zone 4 is all you need.
