Every hour 30 second the back, middle and front 1.5min totalforgot to ask:
what was your protocol
Back and middle pure lateral pulling front do 3d upward, forward and laterally
Don't touch teeth
You can try thumbsliders (from back to front sliding maintaining pressure (never front to back)) but be careful with bruising, if it happens take a rest day
It can rarely cause suture closing but it doesnt really matter much at all unless IMMENSE pain
Although i forget to be so myself, consistency is key
Pair with hard mewing
