If you have SFS (short face syndrome), jutting your jaw downwards is honestly a legit lifesaver

Before I started jutting, this is what I looked like:

1770783307818
1770783317062

As you can tell, not the best looking, probably around a LTN, mainly due to the small lower third which lacks angularity

But when I jut my jaw, this is what I look like:

1770783368340
1770783377543
1770784639785

Clearly a lot better looking, closer to that high mtn - htn range

It isn't just the increased lower third height that the jutting will bring, but the skin will also be stretched out, which creates the appearance of a leaner and more angular face.

NOW THIS IS WHAT YOU DO TO GET THESE RESULTS:

1. PUSH YOUR JAW DOWNWARDS (NOT FORWARDS), BUT MAINTAIN LIP SEAL
(I personally push mine down about two finger lengths, I wouldn't go much further than this simply because it would probably make you look recessed + would be very uncomfortable. If your SFS is less severe, you can jut less if you want to get similar results).

2. MEW TO TIGHTEN HYOID SKIN

3 (OPTIONAL). Slightly smirk for mouth width (Don't do it too much, you want this to look like it is your normal mouth seal. I do this to maintain mouth width so that it doesn't become too narrow).

4. HOLD, ADJUST AS NECESSARY TO REMAIN NATURAL LOOKING

This is something you can manage to hold almost 24/7. The first couple of weeks will probably be uncomfortable, but you’ll get used to it. If it starts to feel unbearable, just look down (you don’t want to get caught doing this lol) and rest your jaw for a moment before going back to jutting. For those with TMJ concerns, I’ve been doing this for over a year without problems. When talking or eating, tilting your head slightly downward can make it less noticeable that you’re jutting your jaw.

I only jutt downwards I believe puts a lot less pressure on the TMJ

if you jut forwards it will be a much bigger problem

Been doing it for over a year and am yet to have issues
weird, cause i used to but found it makes the part of your jaw bone slide out of the socket, and your masseter is pulled in a way it definitely should not be so i stopped. but if youve had nothing some people have naturally looser joints but idk

Remember I am only jutting my jaw downwards, not forwards, essentially in the same direction one uses when talking/eating, but I just hold it in that position

Downward jutting -> opening the mouth??

I have been perma jutting since I was 12 to breathe, jutting is actually a sign of a narrow airway.

When you jut forward it also allows ideal posture since it expands the airway.

The ear should be in line with the collar bone, if it’s forward you’re recessed.

When I jut forward I get an underbite, so I avoid it

I have also never had breathing issues

If you are recessed or have an overbite it could work too ig

Yeah, still a very good

Surgery def mogs tho in the long term, but is expensive and the process is not fun at all

While with this you are saving 30k+ while getting 80% of the same results

the right surgeries will get you even better if the surgeon isnt too conservative and youre willing to risk

SAME SAME SAME TO THE FUCKING SAME

BUT THE ISSUE IS, WHEN U TALK U CANT FRAUD

JUTTING ASCENDED ME FROM A SUB-5LTN WITH A BABY FACE TO A MMTN FINE PAPI

I'VE LEARNED TO PERMANETLY DO IT.

BUT THE ISSUE IS, WHEN U TALK U CANT FRAUD
It is true you can’t fraud 100% of the time, but most normies aren’t going to notice you are frauding and just think you look a little off while talking

Yall overestimate how much normies actually analyze your looks, they just see the full picture not the micro details

Even here it can be worked around, I have figured out how to talk and still somewhat remain in a jutting position, but this takes time and practice to get down

Looking down slightly when talking to someone can also help make it a lot less noticable, and is often times what I do (along with when I am eating)

Ive been doing this for over a year and a half now and am yet to be called out on it. Ever since I have started doing it, I have been getting significantly more female attention (and even male respect) irl, despite there being signs of me frauding

No bruxism or other masseter/TMJ issues from my experience

I don't jutt in my sleep though, and oftentimes don't do it unless I am visible to other people

Yeah, it’s not a real “solution”, but it is good enough as a temporary fix until one gets surgery
