Jutting worth it???

My jaw is recessed and without jutting I’m max mtn. I can perma jut without it being sore but I’ve heard that there’s bad side effects. Ortho suggested jaw surgery or teeth removal but my parents won’t let me get surgery dk what I should do or can I just jut until I get surgery myself?? Can add photos if needed

lol theres no negative side effects. Ive been permajutting for 1.5 years and nothing bad has came from it, my lower third acc isnt recessed anymore.

Does ur jaw hold in place now from jutting? I’ve noticed a slight difference cos I’ve been doing it for a while now

Yeah I think so but idk bc it couldve js been puberty. im 16.5 rn and my lower third has grown so much in the past year and a half.
