IIRC mk4 is quite expensive in higher doses and has a worse bioavailability, I'd just stick to mk7 tbh. Past early puberty vitamin D3+K2 is cope for bone growth anyways, just take it for health reasons and the slight boost in T.
Mk7 has lower concentrations of it tho. For bone growth u need atleast 15,000 IUsIIRC mk4 is quite expensive in higher doses and has a worse bioavailability, I'd just stick to mk7 tbh. Honestly I don't believe in the bone growth stuff past early puberty. It's even questionable if HGH (much stronger than vit K) can produce significant bone growth (or at least desirable one) past puberty. D3+K2 does have quite a few health benefits and the T increase is there as well though (at least it's been this way for me), so I think it's worth giving it a shot cos it's not that expensive either.Mk7 has lower concentrations of it tho.
