- Up to 200 mcg/day vitamin k2 mk7
- Up to 10k ui d3/day, checking your blood would be ideal
Pills are supplements and you should know what you are doing if you take high doses of something

k2 mk4 would do the opposite though, it functions by transporting calcium from the blood to bones and teeth. it isn’t that widely discussed atm so all guidelines and recommendations will be built around a k2 mk4 deficiency, but with large doses you can likely take far more calcium and d3

i’m not sure if it does directly convert to mk4 because the body has baseline mk7 levels which shows that it does naturally occur, and when taken those levels increase, which they wouldn’t if it was just converted to mk4
