Dandelion extract and drinking lots of water? Any other ways

low salt, low carb, get a lot of potasium i guess

i am on oral min and i dont notice any bloat tho

I have noticed my maxillary sinuses are slightly more bloated than usual but I am using 1ml on head and 1ml for beard a day

You can always drop the dosage on the beard if 2ml overall gives sides.

Just apply jt where you want hair to grow. Just use a qtip to apply it.

I tested it on eyebrows, eyelashes and beard and results are more apparent on lashes and brows

depends on where you apply it tbh. I never got bloat from it, i'd be more worried about it damaging your skin though
