I have noticed my maxillary sinuses are slightly more bloated than usual but I am using 1ml on head and 1ml for beard a daylow salt, low carb, get a lot of potasium i guess
i am on oral min and i dont notice any bloat tho

I bought it but too high inhib to use it and idk howIve been using it for 2 months and 0 bloat.
