Just putting anyone on who isn't already... I highly recommend drinking Kefir and/or adding Greek 0% fat Yoghurt to your diet. Both contain healthy probiotic bacteria, which improves gut health a lot, and personally I noticed better skin pretty quickly (1 to 2 weeks). Additionally, it tastes great if u add fruit.
Obvs there are other benefits like high calcium etc... but I'd defo recommend trying it out if you aren't already. Bigtime slept on
