No it doesn't jfl u sub 70 iq cursed man, protein is the only important thing for muscles and then comes fat for optimal T levels

i prefer carnivore diet, its my natual state anyway
Carnivore diet is literally keto, you eat meat which also has fats on it

The only important thing to gain muscles are calories and protein, fat is also needed to keep normal hormonal levels. If you eat 300kcal more then your maintenance while eating enough protein on keto you will gain muscles, it's not that fucking hard

yeah high fat low carb diet reduces triglycerides in the blood and lowering heart diseases by alot
