Energy is giga cucked as soon as I sit down

I got rauloscine and caffeine pills but don't wanna take too much

200grams of protein daily

30grams of carbs

Fat like 60grams idk

I've started just drinking protein shakes with water

I earlier ate fish eggs and snickerdoodle water

And I'm having the exact same meal right now but my snickerdoodle water will have 3 scoops instead of 2 so I can get my full 200 grams innit

And I have to lift later

also stop taking caffine pills it boosts energy in short bursts and reduces your overall capacity little by little each time

Trust i don't skip eggs on my meals, however what source of carbs you're getting, just eat fruit for fiber

That's way too much protein and too little fat for a keto diet imo. Too much protein powder might actually prevent you from getting into ketosis

stop with the eggs bro. too much of anything is a bad thing - and i’ve searched online too many eggs might cause gut problems. i don’t eat more than 2 a day.

if you wanna be strict do it for like 2-3 more weeks max, then incorporate carbs back into your diet. i feel way higher energy with carbs, and i still have a lean face and low carb overall. just make sure a lot of the carbs r fruit, granola or seeds, and eat potassium

How much do you weigh? You don't need that much protein. lmfao. You're 5'6.5". Keto is also fucking retarded. Carbohydrates are the body's preferred energy source to convert to glucose. Which is needed for glycogen. Weight loss comes down to calories-in, calories-out. You're just making it way too hard on yourself to try to rely on fat as your energy source (and you're not eating much fat to begin with anyways.) I bet your body is probably converting some of your protein to glucose because I don't think the 60g fat and 30g carbs is going to give your body the energy it needs. Burning protein for energy is a waste of money. Protein is the most expensive macronutrient. No sense in over-eating protein. Muscular hypertrophy and cutting benefits max out at 1.8g protein per kg of bodyweight per day.

This is the optimal macro build you should aim for on a cut. If you want to cut more aggressively, choose the lower-end of fat and carbs.
Protein: 1.6-1.8g per kg of body weight (try to aim as close to 1.8 as possible. But going over 1.8 is a waste of money.)
Carbs: 2.53-4.08g per kg of body weight
Fat: 0.54-0.95g per kg of body weight (need some fat for hormonal health)

So you might as well just eat the calories that are the most pleasurable to you. Just make sure to get 1.8g protein per kg of bodyweight.

Went from 1800-1900calories with 250grams of carbs to now 35 grams of carbs

AND IT CHANGED EVERYTHING IOIS PHYSIQUE EVERYHING IT WAS CRAZY AND STILL KINDA IS

But yeah you're right I'll go up to 50-60grams per day over the next weeks

Thing is school ends in 2 weeks I wanna stay lean asf even though I don't think I'm getting play until I run that tinder game

How much protein were you eating when you were eating 250g carbs 1800-1900 calories per day though?
In terms of body composition, it's not high-carb that screws you over, its low protein. And that's only salient in our case because we lift. Sedentary people don't have that much in the way of protein needs.

If I were eating a 1800-1900 calorie diet at my height, weight and age (167cm, 65.86kg, 37) (target macros are likely going to vary by these stats), my macros would look like this:
Protein: 119g
Carbs: 194-259g
Fat: 41-69g
Calories: 1,823 (7,633 KJ)

If you're eating 250g carbs on a 1,800-1,900 diet, that doesn't leave you with much room for protein and fat. As you can see from this breakdown. But it is doable if you stick to a moderately low fat diet.
Protein: 119g
Carbs: 250g
Fat: 45g
Calories: 1,823 (7,633 KJ)
