Increasing your test and growth hormone by lifting, eating and sleeping well, sprinting, eating enough, breathing heavily every once in a while. Doing some martial arts stuff actually can also increase test as situations of conflict have shown to produce test spikes.Not being fat. Being outside. Not eating soft foods only. Having good posture.
