Mineralization of the body is THE KEY to gains in height and bone density in the face aswell

70% of the dry weight of bone is minerals, your body constantly breaks down and produces bones in relation to abundance of minerals in the body

PTH is the hormone which tells the body it is lacking minerals, so the body reponds by eating away bone tissue (for the minerals stored in it)

you block the action mediated by this hormone, by making sure your body has infinite abundance of minerals, so this PTH signaling to break down bone tissue never happends, and the body actually starts to produce new bone tissue to store the excess minerals of this abundant mineral intake.

your key minerals are going to be:
- magnesium (apply a ton of topical mag chloride)
- calcium (consume dairy and eggshells)
- zinc (1-2 dozen oysters weekly)
- boron (beepollen, prunes, raisins)
- sodium (salt)

abundant intake of these minerals significantly inhibits PTH secretion, but also improves calcium metabolism AND prolong vitamin D its halflife, all while reducing calcification of the soft tissues

sorry bro

high effort thread OP, but a lot of this is wrong

minerals do not stimulate bone growth, they just allow bone to maintain itself if growth signals are already there

also PTH doesnt activate unless calcium is low, not just "not infinite"

too little PTH does the opposite of what you are saying it does, essentially

your body does not build bone to store extra minerals, did you just make that up?

you excrete them

basically following this thread - best case - would just cause the opposite to happen, in theory

seems like a gpt concept to me :lul:

I dont think if you have any understanding of PTH or bone mechanisms you would even think to write this nonsense

why not?

the body actually starts to produce new bone tissue to store the excess minerals of this abundant mineral intake.

abundant intake of these minerals significantly inhibits PTH secretion, but also improves calcium metabolism

minerals do not stimulate osteogenesis btw

excess calcium is excreted renally, not deposited in skeletal tissue.

ur body tightly maintains serum levels at im pretty sure somewhere about 1mmol/L (correct me if I am wrong)

chronically supressing PTH is also going to give you very low bone turnover

good point, this is also the big issue

greys will see this and instantly assume its correct and the holy grail just because it uses big and complicated words.

i didnt gave any amounts to how much you should consume and yea it was a mistake to say infinite amount but isnt it a good idea to consume magnesium calcium zinc boron etc?

haha very true, he can't dispute my point either

he is sitting in the thread - probably on gpt right now - desperately trying to get a counter-argument
no

you are completely backtracking your point.

sure its a good idea somewhat for health, but it will not result in osteogenesis, as you claimed
