perhaps you could do NCR or pineal/pituitary stimulation with this?
r u able to stretch lingual frenulum and gradually achieve this? or maybe just get a frenectomy. is there downside to cutting tongue tie like lower hyoid etc, it looks like it can be a looksmaxx by enabling greater pressure to be exerted when hard mewing
this yogamaxxer says at 1:11 you could choke on tongue and die when sleeping. is lingual frenulum an important thing to have? like it prevents sleep apnea etc maybe?
