mirin the efforts bhai but im not gonna sit here and pretend that i dont have potential, im 184cm with 190cm wingspan i am fat but only 15kg away from being considred lean wich i will achive, and yea i was bullied in school too for 5 years straight for my voice my height my chin(i used to have a recessed chin) for my personality for my intrests and even for speaking sometimes, but like even now i feel like its all worthless, im also diagnosed adhd and like idk brah i feel like every foid is too evil to even see as human anymore i fucking hate them so much

I mean it’s fairly obvious at this point just ascend and work on your social skills.

Don’t waste too much time asking how to fix yourself instead of actually doing it because eventually you’ll find that you’re 22 and you’re the same exact person you were when you were 17.

i'm even going on a weeklong cruise today which is almost like the ultimate social skills test cause if you can just spit out the words you'll literally be a sex haver. All it takes is eviscerating the inhib and any mtb will let you fuck even if you're ltn

honestly many foids find nd kinda quirky and cute so just lean into that. Masking just ends up being completely silent and avoiding all interactions cause some kinds of ND like mine (autism + ADD) are impossible to mask
